Yes, we want to order Commute Another Way Week event T-shirts for our business/organization!
Employers: Distribute the CAWW pledge cards to your employees to solicit individual participation and event T-shirt, if desired. Your business may choose to pay for employee T-shirts or to collect money from individuals. In any case, tally the quantities and sizes of T-shirts by collecting the pledge cards. Then complete the order form below.
Note: Employer bulk T-shirt orders are due no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
- T-shirts cost $8 each including shipping and tax.
- Business T-shirt orders are due by Friday, April 30th.
- Orders will be shipped via UPS.
