Employers

Commute Another Way Week 2010 :

Yes, I want to sign up my business/organization for Commute Another Way Week!

Employers: Sign up your business and promote CAWW to your employees. Employers small, medium and large with high participation rates will be recognized with an award for their great efforts to reduce traffic congestion, improve air quality, save energy and save money.

Promotion: We have files to print our your own Posters on the  Promo Tool Kit page and we can get you event T-shirts for $8 each too. See below for details on shirts.

Event T-shirts are available ONLY through employers as a bulk order. Sorry, no individual T-shirt orders!

Here is how you sign up and/or get T-shirts as an employer:

  1. First, sign up your business below. Whether you want to do T-shirts or not, please sign up if you are participating.
  2. Decide if  and how you want to make T-shirts available. Your business may choose to pay for employee T-shirts or to collect money from individual employees or not get shirts at all.  Whatever you decide is fine with us but be sure to tell your employees.
  3. Send your employees to the Commuter Sign Up page and ask them to sign up and specify a T-shirt size (if you are participating) and who their employer is. We will then get this info to you for your shirt order.
  4. Follow up with employees through an in house promotion of your own design.  We have posters here.
  5. Place your T-shirt order by April 28 to ensure you have them for Commute Another Way Week by using our  online T-shirt Order Form.

Employer event sign up is now closed.
Remember: Employer bulk T-shirt orders are due no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
